Payment options: • We have various payment options for smooth online payment transactions. • For Pre-Payment – Customers can opt for Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Google pay, Paytm and other wallets. Shipment delivery time: • All orders are processed & packed within 24 working hrs- but due to covid 19 situation expecting delay in the delivery of orders. • You can expect the delivery within 4-10 days. • For remote locations it may take up to 12 working days for shipment delivery. • Order deliveries are made from 9am – 7pm Monday – Saturday (excluding national holidays & festivals). • You can also track your order with the tracking details shared with you via SMS & e-mail. Also, can check the tracking details in your account. Order cancelled related: Please note that you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Note: Once the order has been dispatched, products are not eligible for pick-up service, In case, customer chooses to return the parcel to the company address, then after we receive the parcel, we will check whether the product is used or unused and then we will initiate the refund. Shipping Policy • All orders shipped from our Noida warehouse and will take their respective time in delivery. • Customer has to sign at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e., neighbour, family member, friends, colleagues etc. However, Tatvik Ayurveda is not responsible for the goods signed by any alternate person. • Tatvik Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage after delivery. • Any complaint related to damage & shortage needs to be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
