• Refund can be done only when- The product is sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Tatvik Ayurveda can accept any return & exchange only in the case if incorrect product is delivered, in case the customer has received defective / damaged / wrong product replacement will be done only if the product is in an unused / intact / sealable and original condition.
• Tatvik Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage of the product after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
• Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice
• Shipping cannot be refunded.
